Krom\u011b toho se \u010dasto v\u011bnujeme i sportovn\u00edm volno\u010dasov\u00fdm aktivit\u00e1m, ne-li dokonce na vrcholov\u00e9 \u00farovni.\tV\u011bt\u0161inou je obecn\u011b zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee pohyb jako takov\u00fd prosp\u00edv\u00e1 na\u0161emu zdrav\u00ed, jednak abychom se udr\u017eeli v\u00a0kondici, posilovali svaly, klouby, vyh\u00fdbali se nadv\u00e1ze nebo obezit\u011b, aby n\u00e1m spr\u00e1vn\u011b pracoval metabolismus, imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m a tak d\u00e1le. Nen\u00ed tedy c\u00edlem d\u0159\u00edt se do zni\u010den\u00ed t\u011bla, ale n\u011bkdy i klidn\u00fd pohyb, kter\u00fd vn\u00edm\u00e1me sp\u00ed\u0161e jako relax, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt mnohem prosp\u011b\u0161n\u011bj\u0161\u00ed na\u0161emu zdrav\u00ed.
